Sign up your family or team ASAP Join us on July 1st for our 5th annual Canada Day run at the beautiful Riverside Park. The 10K runners (or walkers) will venture onto the RIVERS TRAIL and come back to the park to celebrate family, community, and healthy living on Canada day. This GET HAPPY EVENT is focused on families, friends and kids! The 2K run and 5K run stay closer to the park. We encourage all runners and families to start their Canada Day celebrations off with a morning run. Happiness and fresh air are an important start before enjoying Yoga, Art in the Park and live music at Riverside. Finish your day off with fireworks (10pm) and call it your best day ever! Best friends, community, and happiness. Breathe in our city and celebrate Canada Day in a healthy, HAPPY way. Join our morning run and live big!

The GET HAPPY Run Series makes running fun. Each year, more runners, walkers, and strollers participate in GET HAPPY running events. Our high energy events put more smiles on faces and create more life time memories than other runs in Kamloops. We have three exciting runs planned for 2017.
