REGISTRATION IS GOING CRAZY  Start a work TEAM or family TEAM - we have a limit of 300 people so make this a great day. We start early. You get good parking & we have yoga planned after the run and lots of water and healthy snacks to hydrate the little people. This is our best summer event. Tones of prizes and high energy. The price is super low for families. Start your TEAM super soon ~ Max 300 - sorry! After the fun run/walk the park gets busy with food, music, art, and family events. Park & bring lawn chairs to enjoy your BEST DAY EVER.  Still a few spots available - GET your TEAM in - we can add a few new spots if needed. Your team name is important and your crazy costume is key for running at our fun events. A great way to start your CANADA day.Celebrate with us on Canada Day - great prizes, cake and friends at our park.
