 Get Spooked is three weeks away! We are so excited to see the amazing costumes… and we are always in awe of some of the costumes participants can actually run in!!! A gentle reminder, although the course will be lit for the most part, we strongly encourage head lamps. Just a few spot left for Kamloops only night run. It's going to be super fun. Plan ahead.  DATE: FRIDAY NIGHT – OCTOBER 28th 2016 Location: Tranquille Farm Fresh Start time: 6:30PM Distances: 5K WALK/RUN and 1K creepy Kids fun run & older kids   More happy info to pass along Get Corked Race Pack Pick up & Domino's Pizza Party: When: Friday September 9th, 2016 Time: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm Location: The Get Happy Office, Kamloops BC. # 203 - 242 Victoria Street (next to Kelly O' Brian's downtown) Free pizza supplied by our amazing Sponsor - Domino's Pizza Will It be timed? No, since this is a super fun race and we don't take it too seriously (we laugh a lot)... there is no official timing. If you're planning on setting a record, this might not be the race for you. Stopping to taste wines, running and laughing and taking in beautiful scenery will definitely affect the time " you post" - (and positively affect the " time you had")! We will have a race clock if you care to look at it though. It's not about "The time you P-O-S-T": It's about the time you H-A-D! Post Run Activities & Food Vendors: In addition to our post run fruit, cheese, crackers, chocolate, cake, etc.... We have some great food vendors also. Please bring cash and enjoy the amazing scenery, music, energy and food while we present event prizes. We will be located on the vineyards grassy knole, so please bring a blanket to sit on or a lawn chair if you'd like to stay for the post race party. Also a reminder to bring warm clothes for post run as we'll be outside and it looks like all weather is possible. A note to our younger runners. You may be asked for ID for the wine tasting.
